Depending on the characteristics of the block, each transfer within the block will take a certain amount of time to be confirmed and sent to the other party's receiving platform. The number of "confirmations" required will vary from block to block.
For example:
Charging BTC requires 1 block confirmation to be credited.
Once it has been credited, all assets in the account will be temporarily frozen. Withdrawals can be made after 2 block confirmations have been reached.
From time to time, unpredictable block congestion can occur in blocks due to the high number of transfers, which can affect the timeliness of transfers.
If the blockchain shows that the transaction has not been confirmed, please be patient until the confirmation process is complete.
If the blockchain shows that the confirmation is complete, if you are still unable to receive your coins but DAEX has completed the transfer and can no longer help, please contact the receiving platform to upload your coins for you.
