If the status of the withdrawal on the withdrawal platform shows "completed" or "successful", it means that the transfer has been successfully sent from the platform to the block, but it does not mean that the transfer has also been successfully credited on the receiving platform.
Depending on the characteristics of the block, each transfer in the block will take a certain amount of time to be confirmed and sent to the receiving platform. The number of "confirmations" required will vary from block to block. For example
Charging BTC requires 1 block confirmation to be credited.
Once it has been credited, all assets in the account will be temporarily frozen. Withdrawals can be made after 2 block confirmations have been reached.
From time to time, unpredictable block congestion can occur in blocks due to the number of transfers, which can affect the timeliness of transfers.
