What should I do if I can't receive the verification code on my mobile phone?

Hello, mobile phone network congestion may cause the SMS verification code reception failure, please wait for 30 minutes and try again.

If you have tried the above operation, you can also follow the steps below to check:

1) Please confirm the signal of your mobile phone, if the signal is unstable, please move your mobile phone to a location with good signal

2) Turn off the blacklist or other SMS blocking function on your phone

3) Reboot your phone
