Click on [Forgotten Password] below the login button to start resetting
Select the type of account to be reset (email/mobile) and enter the account number to be reset (make sure the mobile number is correct for the area code)
Please set a new password with 8-16 digits and a combination of letters and symbols
Please enter again to confirm the new password
Click on [Get Verification Code] to get and enter the appropriate verification code
Click on [Reset Password].
Complete the above steps to successfully reset your password.
Return to the login page to login
