What should I do if the APP is flashing?

If, when you operate the APP, it lags, fails to load, or is unresponsive after clicking on a page, please refer to the following methods first.

  1. Check your network environment, try to use it in an environment with good network signal and fast network transmission speed.

  2. Please refresh the page again after clicking "Clear Cache" in the App - User Centre - Settings.

  3. Log out of your account, close the APP from the mobile phone running program, then restart and log in.

  4. Update the app to the latest version.
